When You decide to start on a physical activity program at Sampa you will start on a entry level program which is a kick start.
It might be a 14 day program, a 4 week program or a 6 week program depending on the season, with a meal plan to follow – not a diet! The entry level program is called Fat Furnace.
The Fat Furnace program has proved to be pretty amazing at melting fat off the body. It’s a combination of working out in a short burst, high intensity kind of way and a manipulation (for a lack of a better word) of your eating program – NOT A DIET.
But here’s the coolest part of this thing… the results come FAST and the results are AMAZING.
This is not a program for people who just want to burn fat but also for those that would like to add muscle tone.
