To start, Women Only Course is not an easy task to accomplish because there were many restrictions but you have done it!
By the way, this is Prof. Renato. I wasn’t able to be in your seminar because I went to a Martial Arts meeting and have learned many things. So I had to handle the class to Coach Alex and Coach Dana. One of the things I learned during the meeting is how to host a Pepper Spray seminar. It was amazing because it will be an addition to our course.
Also, don’t forget that you also have the right to use Sampa Women Only Classes on Saturdays for 8 weeks starting this Saturday. In addition, we also have our famous 8 weeks boot camp that started this week so hurry up!
