Guidelines on Starting your Fitness Boot Camp

It is a great decision starting from this boot camp. Please watch the video 1 so you can Understand a little bit for about our boot camp culture and listen to the FAQ.

In the videos, you will find valuable tips, strategies, all geared to help you achieve your desired results.

  • Now when you start your boot camp this Monday it is necessary to have a Picture of yours taken so it can be added to your card.
  • It is necessary to have your card done within the first week.
  • Also, you must complete all of your tests and it must be written on the back of your card, by the first week. The tests are:

Push up test

Sit ups Test

Fat measurement

Weight measurement

  • Make sure you watch the videos that we will be sending to you.
  • Make sure the coaches know that you have any previously medical condition, like bad knee etc. If you can make any exercise please ask for a substitution, don’t feel bad about it.
